Na3HP2O7 Trisodium Pyrophosphate has a neutral pH value and provides excellent colour protection and taste retention in food processing.
* The solubility is a simple indicator to identify high purity and imitation monohydro trisodium pyrophosphate.
High purity monohydro trisodium pyrophosphate has a solubility of ≥25g/100ml-H2O.
Imitation monohydro-trisodium pyrophosphate has a dissolution level of only 10-20g/100ml-H2O.
