  This newspaper reports (by reporter Teng Shikuang): On January 4, the People’s Government of Qujing City, the Management Committee of the Qujing Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Shenzhen Defang Nano Technology Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement for a project to build a production base with an annual capacity of 330,000 metric tons of next-generation phosphate-based cathode materials.
